Carry out statutory responsibilities under the Children Act 1989, including assessments, child protection work, court proceedings, and support for looked after children.

Manage a diverse caseload, ensuring that all interventions are timely, proportionate, and focused on achieving long-term positive change.

Engage with children and families using trauma-informed, relationship-based practice that recognises their strengths and supports their voice in all decision-making.

Work in partnership with internal teams and external agencies including health, education, and the police to deliver integrated, multi-agency support.
