Carry out comprehensive assessments, child protection enquiries, and care planning in line with the Children Act 1989, ensuring that all interventions are timely, proportionate, and child-centred.

Manage a diverse caseload involving children in need, those subject to child protection plans, and looked after children, applying a strengths-based and trauma-informed approach.

Build effective, trusting relationships with children and families to support positive change, safety, and long-term stability.

Work collaboratively with professionals across health, education, and the voluntary sector to develop integrated, outcome-focused plans.
