Hold and manage a caseload of complex and high-risk cases, including child protection, care proceedings, and children in care, ensuring timely and effective intervention.

Provide mentoring, guidance, and support to less experienced colleagues, contributing to the development of reflective and evidence-based social work practice.

Apply a trauma-informed, strengths-based approach, ensuring the voice and lived experience of the child are central to all assessments and planning.
