Take a lead on complex assessments, safeguarding enquiries, and care planning in line with the Care Act 2014, ensuring high-quality, person-centred interventions.

Support the delivery of integrated services across areas such as older adults, learning disabilities, mental health, and hospital discharge, promoting independence and wellbeing.

Offer professional supervision, guidance, and mentorship to social workers and newly qualified staff, supporting continuous practice improvement.

Collaborate with health services, housing, voluntary organisations, and internal teams to ensure multi-agency, outcome-focused care and support.
