Join the London Borough of Merton’s Children’s Social Care team as an Experienced Social Worker, delivering high-quality assessments and interventions that promote the safety and wellbeing of children and families.

Undertake statutory duties under key legislation such as the Children Act 1989, ensuring timely, thorough, and child-centred assessments and safeguarding interventions.

Manage a balanced caseload involving early help, child protection, and care planning, working collaboratively with children, families, and multi-agency partners.

Apply strengths-based and trauma-informed approaches to build trusting relationships and support positive, sustainable outcomes for children and young people.
