Carry out statutory duties under the Care Act 2014, Mental Capacity Act 2005, and Safeguarding Adults frameworks, ensuring individuals are protected and empowered.

Manage a diverse caseload including complex assessments, care planning, safeguarding enquiries, and hospital discharge planning, using a strengths-based approach.
