Join Bradford Metropolitan District Council as a Team Manager in Adults’ Services, leading and managing a team to deliver safe, effective, and person-centred care to adults in need of support.

Provide strong leadership, supervision, and professional oversight to social workers and support staff, ensuring high-quality practice and adherence to statutory duties.

Oversee complex casework involving safeguarding enquiries, Mental Capacity Act assessments, and Care Act responsibilities, ensuring legal compliance and robust decision-making.

Promote a strengths-based, outcomes-focused approach, empowering individuals to maintain independence and achieve positive life outcomes.

Work in partnership with health services, housing providers, and voluntary sector organisations to deliver integrated and coordinated care pathways.
