Carry out statutory duties in line with the Children Act 1989, including assessments, child protection planning, court proceedings, and support for looked-after children.

Manage a varied and complex caseload using a child-focused, trauma-informed, and strengths-based approach to achieve positive, sustainable outcomes.

Ensure that the voice of the child is heard and prioritised in all decision-making, care planning, and interventions.

Work in close partnership with multi-agency professionals across education, health, and community settings to provide holistic, coordinated support.
