Step into a leadership role as an Advanced Practitioner within Bradford Metropolitan District Council’s Adults’ Services, supporting complex casework and driving best practice.

Provide professional expertise and oversight in high-risk cases involving adults with mental health needs, learning disabilities, physical impairments, and safeguarding concerns.

Mentor and support social workers and newly qualified staff, promoting reflective practice and continual professional development across the service.

Lead on quality assurance, service improvement initiatives, and practice development aligned with the Care Act 2014, Mental Capacity Act, and safeguarding frameworks.

Work closely with health, housing, voluntary sector, and multi-agency partners to deliver coordinated, person-centred care that promotes independence and wellbeing.

Contribute to strategic priorities through audit, supervision, and peer review, ensuring the delivery of high-quality, strength-based social work in adult services.
