Carry out statutory duties in line with the Care Act 2014, Mental Capacity Act 2005, and safeguarding requirements.

Manage a diverse caseload using trauma-informed and evidence-based practice to promote independence and wellbeing.

Work collaboratively with multi-agency partners including health, housing, and voluntary organisations to coordinate care.
