Carry out statutory duties under the Children Act 1989, including assessments, safeguarding interventions, and care planning for children in need and those at risk of harm.

Manage a diverse caseload, using trauma-informed, strengths-based, and child-focused practice to deliver timely and effective interventions.

Ensure the voice of the child is central to decision-making and care planning, promoting their wishes, feelings, and best interests.

Work collaboratively with partner agencies in health, education, and the voluntary sector to provide holistic and coordinated support.
