Develop, implement, and review personalised care and support plans that promote independence, dignity, and wellbeing.

Manage a complex caseload while offering professional guidance, support, and informal supervision to less experienced practitioners and students.

Lead on adult safeguarding processes, including coordinating enquiries, attending strategy meetings, and ensuring robust protection planning.

Work collaboratively with health, housing, mental health, and voluntary sector partners to deliver integrated, person-centred support.

Maintain high-quality case recording and reporting in line with Social Work England standards and Bradford Metropolitan District Council policies, contributing to ongoing service development and quality assurance.
