Join Hull City Council’s Children’s Social Care team as a Qualified Social Worker, working to safeguard and support children, young people, and families across the city.

Carry out statutory duties under the Children Act 1989, including assessments, child protection work, care planning, and court proceedings.

Manage a varied caseload, applying strengths-based, trauma-informed, and child-centred practice to improve outcomes and promote family stability.

Ensure the voice of the child is at the heart of all assessments, planning, and interventions to support informed and inclusive decision-making.

Collaborate with health, education, and community partners to deliver integrated, multi-agency support tailored to individual needs.
