Undertake statutory responsibilities under the Children Act 1989, including assessments, child protection interventions, care planning, and court work.

Manage a varied caseload using a child-centred, strengths-based, and trauma-informed approach, ensuring timely and effective intervention.

Prioritise the voice and experience of the child in all assessments, decision-making, and planning processes to ensure their safety, wellbeing, and long-term outcomes.
