Undertake advanced assessments, safeguarding enquiries, and risk management under the Care Act 2014 and Mental Capacity Act 2005.

Deliver person-centred, strengths-based interventions that promote dignity, independence, and wellbeing for adults with care and support needs.

Provide supervision, mentoring, and guidance to social workers and contribute to a culture of continuous learning and development.

Work collaboratively with multi-agency partners including health, housing, and voluntary organisations to ensure integrated and responsive care.
