Undertake statutory duties for North East Lincolnshire Council under the Care Act 2014, including assessments, reviews, and support planning for adults with eligible needs.

Manage a diverse caseload involving older adults, people with physical disabilities, learning disabilities, and mental health conditions, ensuring person-centred and outcome-focused support.

Develop and implement care plans that promote independence, wellbeing, and safety, working closely with service users, carers, and professionals.

Conduct safeguarding enquiries under Section 42 of the Care Act, coordinating multi-agency responses and protection plans where necessary.

Apply the principles of the Mental Capacity Act 2005, completing capacity assessments and participating in best interest decisions.

Maintain accurate case records and reports, and actively participate in supervision, training, and professional development to uphold high standards of social work practice.
