Job Details: Occupational Therapist required to start ASAP for a 3-month placement within the Stroke service.
- Provide specialist Occupational Therapy assessment and intervention to patients within the Stroke service
- Deliver evidence-based rehabilitation programmes to support recovery and functional independence
- Work as part of a multidisciplinary team to facilitate safe and timely discharge planning
- Manage and prioritise a defined caseload within the acute stroke setting
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date clinical documentation
Skills / Experience:
- Essential: Experience working within a Stroke setting
- Desirable: Broader neurological rehabilitation experience
- HCPC registered Occupational Therapist
- Strong clinical reasoning and discharge planning skills
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 08:00 – 16:00.
