Lead on complex casework involving safeguarding enquiries, Mental Capacity Act assessments, and Court of Protection applications, ensuring best outcomes for adults with care and support needs.

Support the team manager in supervising, mentoring, and guiding less experienced staff, offering reflective supervision and promoting good practice.

Undertake Care Act 2014 assessments, reviews, and support planning with a strengths-based and person-centred approach, promoting independence and wellbeing.

Liaise effectively with internal and external partners including health professionals, housing services, and voluntary sector organisations to deliver integrated adult social care.

Maintain accurate, timely, and comprehensive case recordings on Liquidlogic (or relevant system) in accordance with local procedures and statutory frameworks.

Uphold professional standards through active registration with Social Work England and commitment to ongoing continuing professional development (CPD).
