Deliver statutory services for Caerphilly County Borough Council, working across Child in Need, Child Protection, and Looked After Children cases under the Social Services and Well-being (Wales) Act 2014.

Complete proportionate, strengths-based assessments and develop outcome-focused care and support plans that reflect the child’s voice and best interests.

Build positive, trusting relationships with children, young people, and families to support sustained change and improved long-term outcomes.

Prepare and present clear, evidence-based reports for child protection conferences, legal proceedings, and review meetings in line with court and regulatory standards.

Work collaboratively with multi-agency professionals including education, health, and police to ensure coordinated safeguarding and support services.

Participate in supervision, reflective practice, and continuous professional development to maintain high standards in line with Social Care Wales registration requirements.
