Undertake and oversee complex casework including safeguarding enquiries, Mental Capacity Act assessments, and Court of Protection work, ensuring legal and ethical compliance.

Provide professional supervision, mentoring, and support to qualified social workers, newly qualified staff, and students, fostering continuous learning and reflective practice.

Lead multi-agency collaboration to deliver integrated support, working closely with health, housing, and voluntary sector partners to achieve positive, person-centred outcomes.

Complete Care Act 2014 assessments, support planning, and reviews using a strengths-based approach to promote independence, choice, and wellbeing.

Ensure high-quality, accurate, and timely case recording and documentation on Liquidlogic in line with Bradford Council’s policies and statutory requirements.

Maintain active Social Work England registration and engage in ongoing CPD, contributing to service development, quality assurance, and best practice initiatives.
