Provide professional expertise, mentoring, and practice support to social workers and newly qualified staff, promoting reflective supervision and continual development.

Complete high-quality, analytical assessments under the Children Act 1989, ensuring interventions are child-focused, timely, and outcome-driven.

Oversee the preparation and quality assurance of reports for child protection conferences, statutory reviews, and legal proceedings.

Support multi-agency working by chairing or contributing to strategy meetings and case discussions, ensuring coordinated safeguarding responses.
