Provide professional expertise, mentoring, and practice support to social workers and newly qualified staff, promoting reflective supervision and continual development.

Complete high-quality, analytical assessments under the Children Act 1989, ensuring interventions are child-focused, timely, and outcome-driven.

Oversee the preparation and quality assurance of reports for child protection conferences, statutory reviews, and legal proceedings.

Support multi-agency working by chairing or contributing to strategy meetings and case discussions, ensuring coordinated safeguarding responses.

Participate in service development initiatives, quality assurance activities, and audit processes to maintain high standards and promote best practice.
