Role Overview
We are seeking an enthusiastic and motivated Band 5 or Band 6 Physiotherapist to join the acute inpatient team at East Surrey Hospital. This role offers the opportunity to work within a busy NHS environment, delivering high-quality physiotherapy assessments and interventions to patients on acute wards.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide physiotherapy assessment and treatment to patients on acute wards.
- Support discharge planning and safe patient flow.
- Work closely with the multidisciplinary team to deliver coordinated care.
- Maintain accurate clinical records and documentation.
- Contribute to service development and best practice.
About You
- HCPC-registered Physiotherapist.
- Previous NHS experience within acute wards is essential.
- Strong clinical reasoning and assessment skills.
- Ability to manage a busy caseload and prioritise effectively.
- Excellent communication and teamworking skills.
