As a Team Manager within Nottingham’s Adolescence Service, you will lead a multi-disciplinary team supporting vulnerable young people and their families. This role is central to delivering high-quality, trauma-informed, and relationship-based interventions that promote safety, resilience, and positive outcomes for adolescents.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage a multi-disciplinary team delivering services to adolescents and their families, ensuring effective assessment, planning, and intervention.
Oversee complex casework involving contextual safeguarding, exploitation, missing episodes, and youth offending, ensuring statutory responsibilities are met.
Promote trauma-informed practice and relationship-based approaches that support young people’s emotional wellbeing and long-term stability.
Ensure performance and quality standards are met through supervision, reflective practice, and continuous service improvement.
Collaborate with internal and external partners, including education, police, health, and voluntary sector agencies, to deliver integrated support.
Contribute to strategic planning and service development within the Family Help model, aligning with Nottingham’s vision for children and young people.
