As a Team Manager within Nottingham’s Adolescence Service, you will lead a multi-disciplinary team supporting vulnerable young people and their families. This role is central to delivering high-quality, trauma-informed, and relationship-based interventions that promote safety, resilience, and positive outcomes for adolescents.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure performance and quality standards are met through supervision, reflective practice, and continuous service improvement.

  • Contribute to strategic planning and service development within the Family Help model, aligning with Nottingham’s vision for children and young people.
