Key Responsibilities:
Manage and lead a team of social workers, providing supervision, guidance, and professional development.
Oversee complex casework, ensuring statutory compliance and effective safeguarding interventions.
Promote a culture of continuous improvement, reflective practice, and high standards.
Collaborate with partner agencies, stakeholders, and families to enhance service delivery.
Monitor performance, prepare reports, and contribute to strategic planning and service development.
Essential Requirements:
Proven experience in a social work leadership or management role, preferably within children’s services.
Current Social Work England (SWE) registration.
Strong knowledge of child protection legislation, frameworks, and best practice.
Excellent leadership, communication, and organisational skills.
