Ashford and St Peters NHS Trust – St Peters Hospital, Surrey NHS, is looking for a qualified and experienced Band 7 Speech and Language Therapist. This role focuses on providing specialist paediatric speech and language therapy, supporting NICU and outpatient services to optimise communication and feeding outcomes for children.
Undertake comprehensive assessments and provide specialist speech and language therapy for paediatric patients
Deliver tailored intervention programmes to support communication, feeding, and swallowing needs
Provide specialist input to NICU and outpatient paediatric services
Work collaboratively with the multidisciplinary team to develop and implement effective care plans
Provide guidance, education, and support to families and caregivers to optimise outcomes
Maintain accurate records in line with professional and organisational standards
