Lewisham and Greenwich NHS Trust is looking for a Speech and Language Therapist to provide specialist assessment and therapy for adults across community and acute settings. This is a Band 7 position for a qualified and experienced clinician who can manage complex cases and deliver high-quality, patient-centred care.
Conduct specialist assessments for communication and swallowing difficulties in adults.
Deliver evidence-based interventions in both community and acute environments.
Work as part of a multidisciplinary team to optimise patient outcomes.
Develop and review tailored care plans based on individual needs.
Keep accurate, timely clinical records in line with trust policies.
Contribute to service development and mentor junior staff as required.
