To provide a specialist service to inpatients and outpatients with a range of voice disorders (organic, functional or oncological).
To assess, develop, evaluate and implement highly specialist Speech and Language Therapy treatment to the specialties of ENT and Oncology.
To liaise with, and provide teaching (formal and informal) & training to other Speech and Language Therapists, colleagues and members of the MDT.
To provide support and advice to patients referred from the Head & Neck MDT regarding acquired dysphonia.
To be the lead SLT in the joint ENT/SLT voice clinic.
To undertake voice assessments using Laryngograph.
