Job details:  Adults. Speech and Language Therapist required. Must have experience in dysphagia assessment management and treatment. To provide assessment treatment and management to progressive disorders regarding communication and swallowing. To carry out triaging of the waiting list for community ensuring that triaging takes place of the SLT community referral management north waiting list. Carrying out home visits and visits to nursing homes as well and seeing patients at clinic. Smartcard & current or recent SytmOne knowledge, own transport required. Working hours: 3 days per week. Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday.
