An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Band 6 Speech and Language Therapist to join Northamptonshire Healthcare NHS Foundation Trust. The role involves working with adult patients in the community, providing specialist care for swallowing and dysphagia, and acting as a Best Interest Assessor.
Provide speech and language therapy services to adult patients in the community.
Deliver interventions for swallowing difficulties and dysphagia.
Act as a Best Interest Assessor where required.
Work collaboratively with patients, families, and the wider multidisciplinary team.
Undertake assessments and implement appropriate speech and language therapy strategies.
Maintain accurate records in line with professional and Trust standards.
