Job details:  Community Speech and Language Therapist required to start asap for 4 weeks. Adult Neuro/ Stroke/ general medical role/ elderly frailty, service provision delivered in patients’ homes, clinic sites and nursing homes. Working hours: 37.5 hours per week.
