Job details: Community Neuro Therapy Services. Assessment and treatment of adult patients with neurological conditions, acquired communication, and swallowing difficulties across patients’ homes, care homes, and community settings in Sutton, South West London. Candidates will work as part of an MDT and manage long-term rehabilitation programmes.
Essential skills/experience: Experience with neurological conditions (stroke, head injury, Parkinson’s, MS, progressive conditions), dysphagia management and training, community rehabilitation, working with adults and older adults, MDT collaboration, and ability to travel across the borough.
Desirable skills: EMIS training, NHS SMART card, car and valid driving license.
Working hours: 35 hours per week, Monday–Friday, 08:30–16:00, excluding bank holidays (7 hours/day with 30 min unpaid lunch).
