Service: Community Assessment Day (CAD) – Musculoskeletal Physiotherapy
Job Details:
- MSK Physiotherapist required to provide specialist support within Community Assessment Days.
- Deliver advanced musculoskeletal physiotherapy assessments for individuals absent from work due to long-term MSK conditions.
- Provide clinical expertise in the management of complex and persistent musculoskeletal conditions.
- Work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team including an Occupational Therapist and Social Prescriber.
- Contribute to holistic assessments and integrated care planning.
- Support individuals to improve function, manage symptoms and facilitate return to work where appropriate.
- Maintain accurate clinical documentation and contribute to MDT decision-making.
Skills / Experience:
- HCPC registered Physiotherapist.
- Significant post-registration experience in specialist MSK physiotherapy.
- Experience managing complex and persistent MSK conditions.
- Experience working with individuals on long-term sickness absence or reduced work capacity.
- Strong experience working within multidisciplinary teams.
- Ability to work autonomously at an advanced clinical level.
Working Hours: Part time.
