Job Title: Speech and Language Therapist – Band 7 Area: Herefordshire NHS Salary: £negotiable Job Type: Locum Contract length: Ongoing Job details: Integrated Care. Speech & Language Therapist required who is experienced in inpatient dysphagia to help cover acute medical, frailty and stroke wards. Experience in critical care is not a requirement but would be helpful. The team also provide outreach to community hospitals and intermediate care units so the ability to travel within the county would also be an advantage. This is a small, hardworking and well-respected service and the successful applicant would be sure of a warm and friendly welcome. Standard working pattern is weekdays 7.5 hours per day, starting at 8.30 or 9am, 30 minutes for lunch. Maternity cover so the post could be potentially for 12 months. Working hours: shifts, 08.30 – 16.30. Working hours: shifts, 08.30 – 18.30. Full time preferred but will consider 0.6wte upwards. Requests to work shorter days etc considered. Code: U.
