Job Title: Speech and Language Therapist – Band 7 Area: East London NHS Salary: £negotiable Job Type: Locum Contract length: Ongoing Job details: To cover vacancy. Assessment of new referrals to the service with dysphagia (children and young people aged 0-19 years); Identification of needs and development of treatment plans for CYP with dysphagia and complex needs; Speech and Language therapy interventions; SLT reviews; Completion of onward referrals as required; Completion of reports; Education Health and Care plan assessment and advice reports; MDT working. SLT who is autonomous and has competencies in dysphagia at level C (RCSLT), experience of independent management of a preschool complex needs’ caseload. Experience in working in the NHS. Experience and implementation of a range of SLT assessments and interventions and MDT working. . Working hours: shifts, 09.00 – 17.00. Monday to Friday. Code: U.GH5KH.009005.B11926
