At a Highly Specialist level to assess, develop, treat and discharge adult clients referred with communication and swallowing difficulties. The post holder will be based within the Community Neuro rehabilitation team and will be expected to work in a variety of settings including community bases, the patient’s own home and Croydon University Hospital, as required.
To work as a member of the Community neuro rehab team, to provide an efficient, effective and co-ordinated Speech and Language Therapy Service.
