Manage a caseload of complex and high-risk cases, including Child Protection, Looked After Children, and court proceedings, ensuring all statutory duties are fulfilled.
Provide professional support, mentoring, and informal supervision to social workers and students, promoting reflective practice and high-quality interventions.
Complete and quality-assure assessments, care plans, and risk management strategies, ensuring child-centred, strengths-based, and outcome-focused approaches.
Prepare high-quality reports and documentation for child protection conferences, looked after reviews, and legal proceedings, ensuring clarity, accuracy, and compliance.
Work collaboratively with families and multi-agency partners, coordinating effective safeguarding responses and integrated care planning.
Contribute to service improvement and performance monitoring, participating in audits, reflective learning, and team development initiatives.
