Join Bradford Metropolitan District Council as a Senior Social Worker to lead and manage complex statutory assessments in line with the Care Act 2014, Mental Capacity Act 2005, and other relevant legislation.
Develop, implement, and review personalised care and support plans that promote independence, wellbeing, and safeguarding for adults with diverse needs.
Manage a complex caseload, including high-risk and safeguarding cases, while providing professional leadership, guidance, and mentoring to junior staff and students.
Take a lead role in adult safeguarding processes, including coordinating Section 42 enquiries, attending strategy meetings, and contributing to protection planning.
Collaborate with multi-agency partners across health, housing, mental health, and the voluntary sector to ensure effective, integrated service delivery.
Maintain high-quality case records and documentation in line with Social Work England standards and Bradford Metropolitan District Council’s procedures, contributing to service development and quality assurance.
