Key Responsibilities:
Manage complex cases: Undertake high-risk, sensitive, or court-related cases, ensuring all interventions are timely, proportionate, and child-focused.
Provide practice leadership: Support and guide less experienced social workers, offering informal supervision, coaching, and professional development.
Promote high standards: Contribute to reflective practice, quality assurance, and consistent application of safeguarding thresholds and procedures.
Multi-agency collaboration: Lead on strategy discussions, case conferences, and partnership meetings to ensure cohesive, multi-agency responses to need and risk.
