Case Management: Handle complex cases and provide quality assurance
Supervision: Supervise and support less experienced social workers
Training and Development: Develop and implement training programs for social workers
Policy Implementation: Help develop and implement relevant policies and procedures
Multi-Agency Collaboration: Work with various agencies to support children and families
Qualifications:
Education: A degree, apprenticeship, or graduate training scheme in social work
Experience: Ideally, at least three years of experience as a qualified child and family social worker
Registration: Must be registered with Social Work England
