This role focuses on managing complex cases, coordinating interventions, and working collaboratively to improve outcomes for vulnerable children and young people.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage complex cases: Conduct assessments, develop care plans, and oversee interventions tailored to individual child and family needs.
Coordinate multi-agency involvement: Work closely with health, education, police, and other partners to ensure holistic support.
Prepare reports and attend legal forums: Contribute to child protection conferences, court proceedings, and statutory reviews.
Maintain accurate records: Ensure all casework is documented in compliance with legal and council standards.
