Job Details:
Specialist Band 6 Occupational Therapist required for Neuro Rehabilitation within a highly specialist rehabilitation centre.
Work with patients presenting with neurological conditions and complex rehabilitation needs.
Carry out comprehensive occupational therapy assessments and deliver tailored neuro rehabilitation interventions.
Develop and implement individualised rehabilitation programmes to maximise functional independence.
Work closely within a multidisciplinary team to support recovery and goal-oriented rehabilitation.
Support patients with cognitive, physical and functional impairments.
Maintain accurate clinical documentation in line with professional standards.
Skills / Experience:
HCPC registered Occupational Therapist.
Experience in neuro rehabilitation or neurological conditions.
Experience working within a rehabilitation setting.
Strong clinical reasoning and assessment skills.
Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.
