Tripod Partners are looking for an ADHD Nurse to join a specialist healthcare team in Preston. This role involves assessing, managing, and prescribing for patients with ADHD, ensuring high-quality care in a community setting. The successful candidate must be a Non-Medical Prescriber (NMP) with experience in ADHD treatment.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct assessments and reviews for patients with ADHD.
Prescribe and manage medication as part of a patient-centred care plan.
Work within a multidisciplinary team, liaising with other professionals to ensure coordinated care.
