Job Title: CAMHS Practitioner – Wakefield
Tripod Partners is seeking an experienced CAMHS Practitioner to join South West Yorkshire Partnership NHS Foundation Trust. This role involves providing high-quality mental health care to children and young people in Wakefield.
Key Responsibilities:
Deliver mental health assessments and interventions for children and adolescents.
Develop and implement care plans in collaboration with the multidisciplinary team.
Prescribe and monitor medication as a Non-Medical Prescriber.
Offer support and guidance to patients and their families.
Position Details:
Location: Wakefield

Rates: £31.29 per hour

Requirements:
Registered Nurse Mental Health (or equivalent qualification).
