Surgical First Assistant

Tripod Partners are recruiting an experienced Surgical First Assistant to join a dedicated team in Swindon. The role involves providing high-quality assistance during surgical procedures across various shifts, ensuring the best patient outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide skilled assistance to surgeons during procedures, adhering to best practices and protocols.
• Collaborate effectively with the surgical team to ensure seamless operations and patient safety.
• Maintain sterile techniques and ensure all equipment is properly prepared and managed during surgeries.

Position Details:

• Location: Swindon
• Work Pattern: Shift-based
• Rates:
  • Standard: £55 per hour
  • Night/Saturday: £62 per hour
  • Sunday/Bank Holiday: £65 per hour
• Pay Type: Umbrella or PAYE available

Requirements:

• Current NMC Registration.
• Proven experience as a Surgical First Assistant.
• Excellent knowledge of surgical procedures and sterile techniques.
• Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team.
