Job Title: Ward Nurse – Surgical/Orthopaedic
Tripod Partners are currently recruiting for an experienced Ward Nurse to provide high-quality care in a surgical and orthopaedic setting. This is a temporary role, ideal for professionals looking for flexible shifts with competitive pay rates.
Key Responsibilities:
Deliver exceptional care in a fast-paced surgical and orthopaedic ward.
Work closely with a multidisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive patient care.
Ensure all nursing documentation is accurate, complete, and in accordance with clinical guidelines.
Assess patient needs and adjust care plans accordingly to maximise recovery.
Provide clear communication to patients and their families regarding care plans and progress.

Rates:
Weekday Rate: £32.69 per hour
Saturday/Sunday Rate: £35.00 per hour
Pay Type: Umbrella or PAYE available
Contract Type: Inside IR35
Requirements:
Registered Nurse with current NMC registration.
Proven experience in a surgical or orthopaedic ward environment.
Strong clinical, organisational, and communication skills.
