Job Title: Ward Nurse – Surgical/Orthopaedic
Tripod Partners are currently recruiting for an experienced Ward Nurse to provide high-quality care in a surgical and orthopaedic setting. This is a temporary role, ideal for professionals looking for flexible shifts with competitive pay rates.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide specialised nursing care for patients in a busy surgical and orthopaedic ward.
Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to develop and implement personalised care plans.
Ensure that all patient documentation is updated regularly and accurately.
Monitor patients’ progress and intervene when necessary to ensure the best outcomes.
Deliver patient-focused care while maintaining safety and hygiene standards.

Rates:
Weekday Rate: £32.69 per hour
Saturday/Sunday Rate: £35.00 per hour
Pay Type: Umbrella or PAYE available
Contract Type: Inside IR35
Requirements:
Registered Nurse with current NMC registration.
Proven experience in a surgical or orthopaedic ward environment.
Strong clinical, organisational, and communication skills.
