Job Title: Ward Nurse – Surgical/Orthopaedic
Tripod Partners are currently recruiting for an experienced Ward Nurse to provide high-quality care in a surgical and orthopaedic setting. This is a temporary role, ideal for professionals looking for flexible shifts with competitive pay rates.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide compassionate care to patients undergoing surgical and orthopaedic treatments.
Work closely with doctors, physiotherapists, and other specialists to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
Accurately record patient information and treatment progress.
Respond promptly to any changes in a patient’s condition, ensuring effective care delivery.
Ensure patient comfort and dignity is maintained throughout their hospital stay.

Macclesfield, Cheshire
Rates:
Weekday Rate: £32.69 per hour
Saturday/Sunday Rate: £35.00 per hour
Pay Type: Umbrella or PAYE available
Contract Type: Inside IR35
Requirements:
Registered Nurse with current NMC registration.
Proven experience in a surgical or orthopaedic ward environment.
Strong clinical, organisational, and communication skills.
