Job Title: Ward Nurse – Surgical/Orthopaedic
Tripod Partners are currently recruiting for an experienced Ward Nurse to provide high-quality care in a surgical and orthopaedic setting. This is a temporary role, ideal for professionals looking for flexible shifts with competitive pay rates.
Key Responsibilities:
Deliver exceptional care to patients requiring surgery or orthopaedic procedures.
Collaborate effectively with the healthcare team to ensure comprehensive patient care.
Maintain accurate and timely patient records in line with clinical guidelines.
Regularly assess patient needs and provide appropriate interventions.
Support patients throughout their recovery process and provide education on post-operative care.

Bristol, South West England
Rates:
Weekday Rate: £32.69 per hour
Saturday/Sunday Rate: £35.00 per hour
Pay Type: Umbrella or PAYE available
Contract Type: Inside IR35
Requirements:
Registered Nurse with current NMC registration.
Proven experience in a surgical or orthopaedic ward environment.
Strong clinical, organisational, and communication skills.
