Job Title: Ward Nurse – Surgical/Orthopaedic
Tripod Partners are currently recruiting for an experienced Ward Nurse to provide high-quality care in a surgical and orthopaedic setting. This is a temporary role, ideal for professionals looking for flexible shifts with competitive pay rates.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide exceptional nursing care to patients on a surgical and orthopaedic ward.
Work closely with other healthcare professionals to ensure the best possible outcomes for patients.
Complete all necessary documentation accurately and in a timely manner.
Perform patient assessments, identifying needs and implementing care plans accordingly.
Educate patients and their families about treatment plans, recovery processes, and post-care needs.

Bushey, Hertfordshire
Rates:
Weekday Rate: £32.69 per hour
Saturday/Sunday Rate: £35.00 per hour
Pay Type: Umbrella or PAYE available
Contract Type: Inside IR35
Requirements:
Registered Nurse with current NMC registration.
Proven experience in a surgical or orthopaedic ward environment.
Strong clinical, organisational, and communication skills.
