Job Title: Ward Nurse – Surgical/Orthopaedic
Tripod Partners are currently recruiting for an experienced Ward Nurse to provide high-quality care in a surgical and orthopaedic setting. This is a temporary role, ideal for professionals looking for flexible shifts with competitive pay rates.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide exemplary care to patients on a surgical and orthopaedic ward.
Work closely with the multidisciplinary team to achieve optimal patient care.
Ensure accurate and comprehensive documentation in accordance with clinical policies.
Assess, plan, and evaluate the care of patients on an ongoing basis.
Support patients and their families, offering guidance and care throughout their recovery.

Sutton, Surrey
Rates:
Weekday Rate: £32.69 per hour
Saturday/Sunday Rate: £35.00 per hour
Pay Type: Umbrella or PAYE available
Contract Type: Inside IR35
Requirements:
Registered Nurse with current NMC registration.
Previous experience in a surgical or orthopaedic ward environment.
Strong clinical, organisational, and communication abilities.
