Job Title: Ward Nurse – Surgical/Orthopaedic
Tripod Partners are currently recruiting for an experienced Ward Nurse to provide high-quality care in a surgical and orthopaedic setting. This is a temporary role, ideal for professionals looking for flexible shifts with competitive pay rates.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide expert nursing care to patients on a busy surgical and orthopaedic ward, ensuring all clinical practices meet the highest standards.
Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to create and implement personalised care plans.
Maintain detailed and accurate patient documentation in accordance with clinical policies and procedures.
Monitor patient progress, assessing needs and adapting care as required.
Ensure the smooth running of the ward by assisting with administrative duties and liaising with other departments.

Rates:
Weekday Rate: £32.69 per hour
Saturday/Sunday Rate: £35.00 per hour
Pay Type: Umbrella or PAYE available
Contract Type: Inside IR35
Requirements:
Registered Nurse with current NMC registration.
Proven experience in a surgical or orthopaedic ward environment.
Strong clinical, organisational, and communication skills.
